My Hardworking Interns
A short note of appreciation for Kal, Bee, and Jay, and the roles they are growing into.
A small note of appreciation
This is a simple note about my interns: Kal, Bee, and Jay. They have been very hard working, and I wanted to keep a small record of who they are and what they are helping with.

The team
Each of them has taken on a different area of responsibility:
- Kal — Ops
- Bee — Social media
- Jay — IT
It is always encouraging to see people take ownership of their work, especially when they are still learning and growing. Internships are not just about completing tasks. They are also about showing up, asking questions, making mistakes, improving, and slowly becoming more confident.
What I appreciate
The thing I appreciate most is their effort. A hardworking intern can make a big difference, not only because of the work they do, but because of the energy they bring into the team.
Having Kal focused on Ops, Bee handling Social media, and Jay supporting IT gives each person a clear direction. It also helps the team work better because everyone knows where they can contribute.
A note to remember
I wanted to write this down as a small appreciation post. Teams are built through people, and it is nice to pause sometimes and recognize the people who are helping things move forward.
Thank you, Kal, Bee, and Jay. Keep learning, keep working hard, and keep growing. :)
